Consult
The TLS team facilitates working sessions to assess current learning experience needs. In collaboration with educators, the team identifies areas for improvement or redesign and explores potential solutions to enhance the overall educational experience.
Design & Develop
TLS recognizes that learners have diverse needs and experiences, which require differentiated learning approaches. Through creative problem-solving and discovery sessions, the team designs the learning journey and co-develops the necessary materials and touchpoints to foster engagement, interaction, and enduring learning outcomes.
Implement
TLS follows a cyclical, agile, and co-creative process. The team collaborates closely with educators throughout the design and development stages, gathering feedback, expert insights, and real-world experiences while identifying both opportunities and constraints. With each iteration, the learning experience is refined based on educator input, subject matter expertise, and teaching practice.
